Preliminary Activity
A. Opening Prayer, Greetings, Roll Call

Ask the students to examine their uniform, their seatmates, the pictures posted on the
blackboard, and about the teacher’s uniform
D. Lesson Proper
1. ACTIVITY
The teacher will give a warm-up activity to the students called “WHAT’S MY
NAME” (LABLE ME BABE). From the chart (posted on the board), the students will label each
body parts with the corresponding term used in taking body measurement.

2. ANALYSIS
The teacher will ask the following questions:
a. Do you know what are those words/ phrases?
b. Do you how to take your own body measurement?
c. Do you what are the techniques to remember in taking body measurement?

3. ABSTRACTION
a. Do you think following techniques will help you ease in taking your body
measurement?
b. . Why is it important to know the proper way of taking body measurement?

4. APPLICATION (Return Demo)


Direction: Choose a partner in the class and measure his/her actual body
measurement. Provide an IBM or Individual Measurement Chart and write down your
measurement.
