1 Create Reference Operation Set
Steps:
1. Write Transaction Code: CA11 in command field and press enter.
2. On screen “Create Reference operation set: initial screen” press enter without adding any values.

3. The following screen appears “Header” enter the following data:
1-Description
2-plant
3-usage (1) “production”
4-status (4) “released”
5-from lot size (1)
6-add unit of measure “This should be the same UOM of an assembly or sub-assembly in which we
are going to create routing with a reference to this ROS.”
7-then after you finish adding data choose Operation pushbutton

4. On screen “Operation overview”:
1-add work center for each operation
2-add control key as”PP01”
3-save

-notice the confirmation in status bar and record Group no.
