DEED OF ASSIGNMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:


This Deed, made and entered into this ____ day of _______________ at the City of Cebu, by and
between;

Miralona Lucanas Rocacorba, of legal age, Filipino citizen, with the residence of Sitio
Camansi, Maribago, Cebu City, Philippines, hereinafter referred to as “THE FIRST
ASSIGNOR”

Mitosila Lumanzuc Begil, of legal age, Filipino citizen, with the residence of Sitio
Buyong, Maribago, Cebu City, Philippines, hereinafter referred to as “THE SECOND
ASSIGNOR”

-and-

Anwar Blao Mangacop, of legal age, Filipino, with the residence address at Davao City,
Philippines, hereinafter referred to as “ASSIGNEE”.

WITNESSETH that -

WHEREAS, the ASSIGNOR is the absolute and registered rightful holder of the certain parcel of
land situated in the Barangay Calawisan, Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu, with an area of One Hundred Sixty-
Five (165) hectares, more or less;

WHEREAS, the ASSIGNOR desires to assign, transfer, and convey all its rights, titles, and
interests over the above property.

NOW, THEREFORE, the ASSIGNOR hereby assigns, transfers, and conveys, absolutely and
unconditionally, unto the ASSIGNEE, all its rights, title, and interests to the aforementioned property
pursuant to this Agreement and the ASSIGNEE by these presents hereby accepts the assignment.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto set their hands on the date and place first
above written.
