HOUSE RULES
1. Concern/Consultation
Students can consult through email, messenger chat, or text message. Since I am
handling two MATH 25 classes (and taking MS courses), the following must be
observed in sending a message:
If via email: To: rbumali@up.edu.ph
Subject: MATH 25 E4 Consultation
Body: Name, concern
If via Facebook chat:
To: Romeo Bajeta Umali Jr.
Message: MATH 25 E4 Consultation
Name, concern
If via Text message:
To: 0935 616 4217
Message: MATH 25 E4 Consultation
Name, concern
Messages with wrong format or details will not be entertained.
2. Online Meeting
Students should always observe proper net etiquette. When one someone is
discussing, the other participants may or may not turn their videos on but must
mute their microphone.
3. Honor and Excellence
Cheating will not be tolerated. As Iskolars ng Bayan para sa Bayan, we should
always demonstrate and uphold the highest integrity and honesty. Always
remember the UP motto: Honor and Excellence.
4. Be understanding.
This remote learning setup is new to all so problems may occur. We all need to be
understanding all the time. Always communicate with me if you find any problem
concerning the course.
5. Be kind.
Be kind to yourself. There will be times when you will find the topics and
requirements too difficult but it’s okay. It is normal. Just take a rest, listen to the
songs of Ben & Ben (#TeamDoors), watch an episode of your favorite anime or
Kdrama, browse memes (because why not?), then study again and consult if you
need.
