Greetings:

            It appearing to the satisfaction of the undersigned, after examining under


oath of Special Investigator Kenneth Espino and his witness Mr. Andrei
Yao that there is probable cause to believe that a Robbery in an Inhabited House
by the Use of Force Upon Things has been committed, and that there are good and
sufficient reasons to believe that Mark J. Espiritu has in his possession or control
in his residence at  42 William Street, Carmel II Subdivision, Brgy. Project 6,
Quezon City two (2) MacBook Laptops, and one (1) iPad (stolen or embezzled
and other proceeds or fruits of the offense).

            You are hereby commanded to make an immediate search at any time in the


day (or night) of the premises above described and forthwith seize and take
possession of the following personal property, to wit:
