Servicecamp Inbox Setup Guide

To create an inbox in ServiceCamp for organizing emails: open the settings under Administration > Inboxes on the ServiceCamp website and click Create Inbox. Name the inbox, define its email address and access authorizations, and set notification preferences. The new inbox will then appear on the left side of the main view.

First steps

Create inbox

Set up inboxes for emails, that you want to answer in servicecamp.

To do so, open www.servicecamp.com and sign in.

Open the settings under "Administration > Inboxes".

Click on "Create Inbox" to create a new inbox.

Define the name, email address, access authorizations and noti-fic-


3 ations of the inbox.

The created inbox appears at the left of the main view.
