This document provides the list of User IDs available in the Model Bank Reference system ie. Temenos
Core Banking related to Generic / Role based home pages, Channels (TCIB), Treasury Front Office,
Financial Crime Mitigation and their respective password to login in to the applicable system.

How to Create New Role Based Home Pages?
Steps to create additional users with the Role based Home pages
Role based Home pages are available in Model Bank to show case the features related to a specific Bank
Department user which has it User specific Dash Board / Menu & navigation processes.

Please follow the below steps in order to create the additional users for Role based home pages. Below is
the example of creating duplicate user for CSAGENT
STEP – 1 STEP – 2
Create a user with the required privileges. Add the user under BROWSER.PREFERENCES and select
the required Main Screen for the user.
(Ensure CSAGENT2 is an exact copy of
CSAGENT, e.g.DAO, Rights ) (Main screen can be any Composite Screen that the
user wish to access)
STEP – 3 STEP – 4
Login with the user credentials. Main Screen will be loaded as per the browser preferences.
How to Do PASSWORD Reset?
Steps to reset the Password for the T24 Users
In case, the User forgot the password for login into Core Banking, then respective user’s password can be changed
using the Reset option and post reset, System will prompt the user to change the password of their choice (Subject
to password usage definition)
Please follow the below steps in order to reset the password for T24 login users.

Launch the application PASSWORD.RESET using any Enter the User PW Attempt as the User name (Not the
numeric ID. Sign on Name) and User Type (Select Int for the
Internal branch users and Ext for the Internet users)
STEP – 3 STEP – 4
Login to the T24 using the old password, System will Reset the password and login to account with the new
re-direct you to re-set the password. password details once reset.
