KNOW ALL MEN BY THIS PRESENTS:

WE, GENEVEVE T. MANLUCTAO-CODILLA, of legal age, Filipino and


a resident of ___________, Houston, Texas, USA, and GEORGE T.
MANLUCTAO, of legal age, Filipino and a resident of ___________, Houston,
Texas, USA, do hereby NAME, CONSTITUTE AND APPOINT our brother,
GERARDO T. MANLUCTAO, likewise of legal age, Filipino, and a resident of
