Hand Dribbling Rubric

This document outlines a rubric to evaluate basketball dribbling skills. It defines 4 skill levels - basic, elementary, advanced, and exemplar. Each level provides cues and mechanics for things like eye contact, hand dominance, dribbling height, speed and control. Achieving a higher skill level requires demonstrating all the mechanics from the previous levels. The rubric focuses on form and technique rather than just success or failure of the dribble.
