SPECIFICATIONS

DIVISION 1 – GENERAL REQUIREMENTS


General. It is affirmed and acknowledged intention and meaning to provide and secure
the construction of INTERIOR FITTING WORKS (T-BONE KING STEAK &
GRILL) AT UNIT #1023, LOWER GROUND FLOOR, FORA, TAGAYTAY CITY,
CAVITE to be complete and ready for use.

1.1 Permit Requirements


The Contractor shall secure all permits of every description required to initiate and
complete work under this contract, except permits obtained by the Owner. The Contractor
shall be responsible of complying with all permits and approval requirements including
Owner obtained.

DIVISION 2 – SITE WORKS


2.1 Interior wall partitions
2.2 Installation and Fabrication of all needed at the Kitchen and Dining area.
2.3 Interior finishes

DIVISION 3 – METALS
3.1 Metal Stud Partitions and Ceiling Systems
Metal Studs
“C” shaped, 3-5/8 inches, and lengths from 6 feet. to 16 ft. Steel studs may
be spaced up to a maximum of 24 inches o.c.
Metal Furring or Framing
Rigid furring channels, 18-mil thick (minimum) galvanized steel,“hat”
shaped. Install furring channels at right angles to the furring supports.
Nails
Flat heads or concave heads, 1/4 -inch in diameter and not more than 5/16
-inch in diameter heads. 7/8 -inch smooth shank nails.

Screws
Type S gypsum drywall screws for fastening gypsum board to steel studs or
furring.
Use Type G gypsum drywall screws for fastening gypsum board to gypsum
backing boards.
Staples
16-gauge, flattened, galvanized wire with a minimum 7/16-inch – wide
crown and spreading points.
