      There are 2 moles of Hydrogen while there is one mole of Oxygen.              (1)

     Oxygen is formed at the positive anode while Hydrogen is formed at the negative cathode.
     Hydrogen can be tested with a lightened splint where the light goes off with a pop sound
     while Oxygen can be tested with a glowing splint where the splint is relightened. (2)
