ARGUMENTS IN FAVOUR OF CLOSING THE GENDER
PAY GAP:
Organization’s female representatives/employees need to be like
coming to work that organization values to their talents, abilities or
skills.
The women who are single- separated, divorced, widowed, or
never married women, they live on their own earnings-equal pay,
for which if we close the gender pay gap it will be a benefit to drop
in poverty rates.
The men and women both are working in same organization but
didn’t pay equal so this situation also leads towards depression,
less successful, demotivated, less-hard work and so on. For this,
organization should encourage them/ provide same salary.
ARGUMENTS AGAINST OF CLOSING THE GENDER
PAY GAP
Women are not paying less in workforce the truth is that women
are working in bad occupations.
According to survey most of the companies have male employees
in their senior positions like CEO so that’s why male have high
salaries than women.
Men work harder than women in all their tasks and perform all
their responsibilities as compared to women and they are tends to
work longer hours.
Gender wage gap sometimes assert that women are not primary
wage earners in their households and that gender disparities in
pay reflect this notion.
