File Conversion / Interface Considérations


Document file conversion / interface requriements. Where the information is to come from,
what data is to be converted manually/automatically and at what point in time. This is critical
information that is used later.

 Group Database Real Estate 2.1 (ABBZH215.NSF, Owner Hans-Anders Nilsson) has been
confirmed not to be interfaced. The owner is in the process of redeveloping the solution in
the future.
 Existing solutions in countries might require data migrations (including from Excel listing)
– for detailed investigation during Realizations.

15. Workflow Requirement


Document workflow requirement in this process including the levels of approval required.
Mention who will initiate the workflow and who all will be the recipients of the workitem
 Lease-In Request and Approval processing
 Lease-Out Request and Approval processing
 Maintenance Request and Approval processing
