FEASIBILITY PROJECT FOR THE CREATION OF A COMPANY DEDICATED TO
THE PRODUCTION AND MARKETING OF SAUSAGES AND MEAT PRODUCTS
Step 1: Select Project
Due to the great demand for staple products such as sausages and meats, it has been
decided to take as a project the realization of an undertaking which focuses on the
production and marketing of sausages and meat products, in order to have an efficient
industry and administrative process.
To carry out this project, human, financial, machinery and equipment, raw materials
and supplies will be needed to obtain the final product.
Step 2: Explain reason
Through the progress of the project, personnel who are trained to carry out the
production process through which the raw materials and inputs have to pass will be needed,
consequently, the acquisition of everything necessary for production, including machinery,
must be carried out.
By acquiring all these materials, we proceed to transform raw materials into
finished products that must go through a quality control process to be approved and can be
consumed.
Step 3: Set goals
Position the company within the leading market segment.
Permanently incorporate new technologies in production processes.
Develop and train staff in all areas, promoting the values of professionalism, quality
and service.
Satisfy customer requirements.
Ensure that the storage and handling of raw materials, materials, packaging and
finished products guarantee their quality and hygiene.
Step 4: Prepare action plan

development of the project, due to being a production company,

Step 5: Gather the idea
Due to being a project that is being created, an investigation has been carried out
and an interview has been carried out with the owners of the different existing sausage and
meat sales premises in the locality to establish the different problems that could arise in the
implementation of this project.
It has been concluded that the area that presents the most vulnerability in the
company would be the production area, which is exposed to a lot of pressure due to the
desire to satisfy the demand for the product, which can cause waste of raw materials and
supplies, loss of products, damages in the final production, among others.

Step 7: Develop solutions
Untrained staff
1. Why are staff not trained?
Lack of periodic training
2. Why are there no frequent trainings?
There is no defined time for training.
3. Why is there no time for training?
There is no set timeline.
4. Why is there no established schedule?
A company has not been hired to do it
5. Why has a company not been hired to carry out the schedule?
It has not been considered important so far.
Solution: Consider hiring staff to carry out the relevant training in the company.
Production staff shortages.
1. Why are there not enough staff in production?
Few people hired
2. Why were few people hired?
To optimize the financial resource
3. Why are you optimizing the financial resource in hiring staff?
In order to allocate money to buy raw materials
4. Why did you use the money to buy raw materials?
Without raw material there is no production.
5. Why couldn't production exist?
Without production there is no stock to sell
Solution: Establish the number of employees required for the production area
Production controls
1. Why are there no production controls?
For lack of fundamental tools.
2. Why are the fundamental tools missing?
Machinery purchase priority
3. Why is machinery given priority?
Because there may be damage to the machines.
4. Why can there be damage to the machines?
Bad manipulation
5. Why is the machinery not handled well?
Ignorance
Solution: Buy the necessary implements to control temperatures and production times.
Step 8: Test solutions
Solution 1: Consider hiring staff to carry out the relevant training in the company.
Review: Monthly monitoring of training by the contracted company.
Solution 2: Establish the number of employees required for the production area
Review: There must be one employee for each machinery that exists in the production area.
Solution 3: Buy the necessary implements to control temperatures and production times.
Review: Carry out an inventory of inputs that allow establishing the shortages and
surpluses in review inputs necessary for production.
Step 9: Ensure goals are satisfied
With the monitoring of monthly training by the company to be hired, the aim is to
strengthen the production area by 100%, which will allow us to keep staff trained in new
technologies and production processes so that they can carry out their activities in the best
possible way. way and with this the production is potentiated to satisfy the requirements of
the clients.
By hiring the necessary personnel for each machinery, we will be able to eliminate
idle times, increasing production and product quality considerably, which will help us
position our company within the leading segment by selling an excellent product.
By carrying out the inventory of supplies, tools, raw materials and packaging, the
real information of each existence will be obtained that will allow us to make the correct
decisions and allocate the project money for each one, in an equitable manner and without
damaging the stock or maintenance from each of them.
Step 10: Implement solution
For the contracted trainings, the dates of each one must be established and the level
of recruitment of staff, which allows the company to know that it is generating an increase
in knowledge in the people who receive it.
The chief of staff will present a performance report of activities entrusted to each
employee, which will allow us to establish whether or not he meets the requirement for that
machinery.
The inventory of supplies, tools, raw materials and packaging must be carried out
monthly and with a record of physical intake, which allows us to compare the consumption
of each month and establish an average for each, so that we can always be supplied.
Step 11: Monitor solution
By implementing the solutions to carry out the project, it is established that with
these the risk of loss, shortages, waste, idle times, lack of personnel, etc. will be
considerably reduced. By reducing this risk, the project is expected to prosper and not
present any of these failures in the future, allowing it to generate the expected profit and
continuity in the market.
Step 12: Continuous improvement
Although it was established that the most vulnerable area of the company is
production and the data was compared with the solutions proposed, it is always important
for the company to consider the possible failures that may arise in the future, for which
continuous improvement will always be present and with this we will seek to provide a
solution and lead the company to success. By definition, the cycle of improving and raising
standards never stops. Continuous process control can be used to ensure that the
performance of countermeasures consistently meets stated objectives.
