 GEODETIC ENGINEER’S REPORT

The record descriptions used in this survey were generated from actual field
survey, documents provided by Client and researches from concerned government
agencies (Land Registration Authority/Land Management Bureau). The main
purpose of this survey is to rectify the Technical Descriptions of the said properties.
The subject properties are situated in Kayquit, Indang, Cavite. Survey data shown
hereon is a local ground coordinate system based from the Philippine Transverse
Mercator System.

SITE OBSERVATION

At the time of the survey, it was noticed that subject properties were well
bounded on all sides by fence.

The topographic condition is gently rolling.

POINTS OF REFERENCE

Corner 8 (Old PS) of Lot 1361 and corner 1 (Old PS) of Lot 1370, both of Cad
459-D, Indang Cadastre were used as reference in this survey. The points were
used as traverse points to determine the exact Technical Description of the subject
Lot.

SURVEY RESULTS/FINDINGS
 Based on the cadastral map, Lot Data Computations of Lots 1361, 1363,
1370 and 1371 and from the actual field survey, it was found out that corner 2 of
Lot 1361, corner 8 of Lot 1363, corner 5 of 1370, and corner 3 of 1371 which is the
common point of all the subject lots were erroneously adopted. And the correct
coordinates of this common point is N=1,568,276.20, E=487,599.93. Hence, below
Technical Descriptions were gathered:
