KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

properties above mentioned and to lease out the same to tenants.

2. To transact, follow up, negotiate, facilitate, process, receive,


settle all fees/dues, sign whatever documents and papers requiring our
signatures necessary before any government and/or administrative
bodies/agencies relative to all of the above.

2. To enter into contracts, appoint representative/ Attorneys-


in-Fact and do any and all acts necessary to effect the above and to
maintain suite and defend against the same pursuant to the
administration of the foregoing properties, including to enforce collection
of rentals and reparation for damages in any and all forms with regard to
the properties.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney-in-fact,


full power and authority to do and perform all and every act, thing and
deed whatsoever requisite and necessary to carry into effect the foregoing
authority, as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could lawfully
do if personally present, with full power of substitution and revocation.

HEREBY RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING all that the said


attorney-in-fact shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue hereof.
