From A Desktop

• You will receive an email containing the Zoom Meeting Details. Click
on the recommended link.
From A Desktop
• Once you click the invitation, you will be redirected to a new page
which will ask you to either download or launch Zoom. Click on the
tab titled ‘Open Zoom’ in the small dialog box.
From A Desktop
• If the host has not started the call, the below dialog box will appear.
During this time, you can test your computer audio to ensure
everything works perfectly by simply clicking on the “Test Computer
Audio” Tab
From A Desktop
• If the host has already staretd the call, the dialog box will appear as
shown in the given image. Click on the tab titled “Join with Computer
Audio”
From A Desktop
• Once you join the call through computer audio as per the previous
step, a new window will open which will take you directly to the
meeting. You can mute and unmute yourself from here by clicking the
button circled in Red
From Mobile
• Install the App : ZOOM Cloud Meetings from
your Play Store for Android Devices or, App
Store for IOS devices.

• Once the app has been installed, go to your


email with the invitation link. Clink on the
meeting link as shown in the image given in
the right.
From Mobile
• You will be prompted to select your preffered
application to attend the meeting.
• Click on the Zoom App Icon and, select ‘Just
Once’
• If Zoom App Icon does not appear, make sure
that the application has been correctly
installed from the App Store.
From Mobile
• You will now be asked to enter your details.
Please put in your name and press “ok”.
From Mobile
• Grant the necessary permissions
for the phone to allow the
application to use the Mic by
clicking on the “Got It” Button.

• Following this, Allow Zoom to


Record Audio as shown in the right
most picture
From Mobile
• Click on the tab circled red, “Call
via Device Audio”

• You will now be able to actively join


the call through your mobile
device.
