The 1874th regular session of the Sangguniang Panlungsod of Bago City was held on May 24, 2017. All members were present. A resolution was passed to approve the Executive and Legislative Agenda (ELA) and Capacity Development (CapDev) Plan for the years 2017-2019, as requested by the City Mayor. The resolution was moved by SP Member Danilo U. Famoso and seconded by SP Members Jozsef Mark Dexter M. Somcio and Cleo F. Gaudite. City Vice Mayor Ramon D. Torres certified the resolution.

RESOLUTION NO. 17-138


RESOLUTION APPROVING THE EXECUTIVE AND LEGISLATIVE AGENDA (ELA) AND CAPACITY
DEVELOPMENT (CapDev) PLAN FOR THE YEARS 2017-2019 OF THIS CITY.

WHEREAS, letter dated May 22, 2017 from the Honorable City Mayor, respectfully referred to this
Honorable Body for a passage of a resolution approving the Executive and Legislative Agenda (ELA) and
Capacity Development (CapDev) Plan for the years 2017-2019 of this City;
WHEREAS, after a thorough deliberation, the members of this Honorable Body is of the
consensus to favorably act on said request;
NOW, THEREFORE, upon motion of SP Member Danilo U. Famoso, duly seconded by SP
Members Jozsef Mark Dexter M. Somcio, Cleo F. Gaudite, the Sangguniang Panlungsod
RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved, to approve the Executive and Legislative Agenda (ELA)
and Capacity Development (CapDev) Plan for the years 2017-2019 of this City.
