JINTEXECO ABZ-200

Hygiene protection for textiles

JintexEco ABZ200 application filed includes regular textiles and textile blends e.g.
cloth, shoe lining, carpets, ribbons, furniture fabrics etc. Its activity disrupts the metabolic
process of unwanted microorganisms and thus interrupts their ability to function, grow and
reproduce. JintexEco ABZ 200 is noted for their gentle, low skin sensitivity and safe for
man, animal, plant and environment.

MODE OF ACTION AND ADVANTAGES:

 JintexEco ABZ 200 has a reliable fungistatic and bacteriostatic effect against a
large number of gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria, yeasts, fungi and algae.
 JintexEco ABZ 200 is noted for their outstanding skin tolerance and safe for man
and environment.
 Its activity disrupts the metabolic process of unwanted microorganisms and
thus interrupts their ability to function, grow and reproduce.
 Wide application method can be adjusted by customer process.
 Easy application, treated goods handle is better than marketing products.
 Excellent durable wash, protects fabric and prevent from bacteria speck.
 Well-being: The integrated hygiene protection prevents formation of offensive odors
caused by microbes.
 Long use life: Prevents microbial damage to the fiber, thus maintaining its
functional properties and extending the use life of the finished end article.
 Aqueous based preparation without organic solvents. Free from AOX.

Storage Stability Store at ventilated place avoid direct sun, sealed and

anti-corrosion pack, prevent water vaporization and


contamination, avoid under 5℃ and more than 25℃.
Shelf life Store in original container, keep pack sealed and can be stored
in one year, product on long time storage may occur deposition,
stir well before sampling.

A PPLICATION:

1. In dyeing process

Condition 130℃× 30~60min.

2. Softening after dyeing:


JintexEco ABZ-200 1~2 %
L:R 1:10

Condition 50~55℃×15~20min.→Drain，No rinse

3. Finishing:
JintexEco ABZ-200 10~20 g/l
p H 5~6
Pre-drying 110℃
Synthetic curing 140~150℃X 90sec.
Nature fiber curing 160~170℃X 120sec.

N OTES:

1. To achieve best of antimicrobial effect the treated goods should be clean and no
contamination.
2. Stir well before use to ensure dispersibility on long time storage.
3. To increase the stability of the dilution, keep stirring on low speed in processing.
4. Compatible with most of anionic/ nonionic textile auxiliaries, laboratory test before
production.
5. To keep reproducibility of color hue and shade of treated goods, laboratory test before
production.
6. Different fabric may be different exhaustion and pickup, TDS process condition
for reference only, laboratory test before production.
