CREATE THE STATE – by Mr Twenty Twenty

What if what you spoke – kept you broke?

Let's explore this over a cup of coffee.

“I am terrified of spiders.” - She used a Present Tense I Am Statement. Those are


powerful, hypnotic – and can create some very LIMITING realities if used
incorrectly.

When she said, “I am terrified of spiders” to me, she showed it. Even though there
were NO SPIDERS around her body was responding to her “reality”.

The power of your words – when used in PRESENT TENSE I AM STATEMENTS,


can instantly create inside your mind a limiting (and scary) reality that you respond
to.

Fortunately, it only took me asking her ONE question to initiate the change she
needed, and three simple statements to eliminate that COMPLETELY.

I continued to help her. “Stop. Hold on. Are you terrified right now?”

She stopped, wiggled around, and said “Less now since you asked. No, not really –
any more.”

If you want to learn how to control minds – including your own - so that you
don't have to leak your power, lose your personal momentum, and live with
fantasies of spiders or other scary things – notice what I did. Notice I gave her
mind TWO simple commands.

“STOP.”
“HOLD ON.”

Those are PRIMAL COMMANDS and direct orders to exit what she had been
doing – so she can then listen to me – and come to the present moment. Next
we asked her, a very special question – designed to help her end UNHEALTHY
IMAGININGS quickly – by noticing that SHE IS CREATING THEM.

“Are you terrified right now?”

Here is how the process works. If she says yes, you can ask her of what?
Remind her that there is no spider here. This opens the door.

If she says no, you simply tell her why. “That's because there is no
spider.” Again, she has now opened the door.
EITHER WAY – we've brought her OUT of a fear fantasy that was creating fear and
havoc in her world. Congratulations. Let's continue.

Let's continue.

So you ask, “When are you terrified of them - spiders?”

You asking WHEN, helps get her started moving it around – to the past –
when it has actually happened.

She continued. “When I see them coming towards me.” Her body had stiffened up a
bit – she held her breath – she was beginning to feel it again, as she started seeing less
of what was around her, and more of a fuzzy movie she was making inside her mind.

“Then stop.” She did. She was learning well. So I continued…

“Then stop.” We are again DIRECTING the imagination here, using very
simple commands. STOP is one of the most effective. Notice what comes
next. (I am going to be the parent – to a child like mind – that needs just a tiny
bit of guidance. When you do this – to yourself or others – do it with love.

“Look here. Listen to me, when you say, “I am terrified”, you create in your blood
stream a cocktail of chemicals – that isn’t good for you – that isn’t fun – and it makes
that terror, part of your present moment. It was easy to see that THAT terror was real
for you, and it is easy to see that right now YOU created it – by imagining it – and
speaking it in – with the PRESENT TENSE.”

We begin part of the process - education bit by commanding her to “look and
listen”. We again are moving ATTENTION, from the fuzzy movie inside her
imagination – to the PHYSICAL reality. This is important – when we need to
break out of a trance in the imagination.

She leaned forward, very interested in what I was going to say and do next.

“I would like to help you. You want to be free from that? (She nods yes.)

We are not asking for permission to help her. We are keeping her actively
involved – so that she can use the method herself. (We are also keeping you
actively involved – as you read this. Teaching this way leads you through the
process – you are essentially doing this to your own mind – right now.)
Let’s take it a bit further, and end it right now by making it PAST TENSE
CONDITIONAL, try this on, “I have been terrified of spiders – when I saw them
coming at me – in the past – historically.”

“Now you say it… OUTLOUD.”

Past Tense Conditional is liberating – because now we have defined when that
fear comes up and now have her say it OUTLOUD so her neurology is
involved with knowing that it is a response to a specific set of conditions.

She did beautiful.

“I have been terrified of spiders – when I saw them coming at me – in the past –
historically.” (Watching the effect this was having on her, gave me goosebumps,
made my day. I was watching her create bridges in her mind – to freedom from a life
long fear.)

“I have been”, gives her permission to not be that way any more.
“When I saw them coming at me” helps refine what we need in a bit to create
permanent change.
“Historically”, also moves things around – so that the behavor becomes part of
the past.
NOTICE how many ways we put THE PAST IN THE PAST with this method.

POWERPOINT: You can do this LONG METHOD to yourself very easily. Get two
chairs, sit them down like if you and a friend were talking – and use the RIGHT chair
to play the FACILITATOR – and the LEFT one to play “client”. Just role play
through all the parts of this hand out – and you will in minutes RETRAIN YOUR
BRAIN.

But what we need to know as well, before we continue is...

Why is language hypnotic?

Words are THE SLOWEST way we can influence the brain. Scientists now know
that VISUAL in the mind is processed over 20 times faster than WORDS are. That
is why we will often respond to something we see (like a stick that looks like a snake)
and then hear someone say, “oh, that's just a stick”.

Why is noticing our everyday language so important?

Three is a HUGE difference between:

“I traded badly before”, and “I am a bad trader.”


“I was diagnosed with...”, and “I have...”
“I am afraid of spiders”, and “When I encounter a spider coming at me, I run.”

So TUNE up your language by:

Moving all limits into the past – and making them EXPERIENCES – instead of
identity statements - so that you can remove yourself from their limiting influence.

“That upsets me.” - Made it into an experience.


“I was upset about that.” - Moved it into a past experience.
“I was upset.” - Moved it even further – more distant – into the past.
“And now I am confident, able, creative.” - Pick your own powerful states.

Notice we created a TRIPLE WHAMMY of positive states at the end. That is a


VERY POWERFUL method to use.

So....

Use those 4 phrases – the way you hear me use them in the recording – and notice
how fast you can “change your world” by changing how you SPEAK about it.

How to notice when you need to run the method on yourself.

People make FUZZY MOVIES when they Hypnotically Handicap themselves. You
can see them “fuzz out” with their eyes. All you need to do is TRAIN YOUSELF to
notice when other people are doing this.

You can do this in an afternoon. And once you learn what it looks like when other
people do it....

You will find it easy to notice HOW IT FEELS – when you do it.

And when you find yourself FUZZY – STOP.

Stop. Look around. Start using the method. Notice where in your language IT IS
TIME to move something into the past.

How to use I AM statements to create, construct, and feed the powerful you.

“I am a good trader.”
“I am healthy.”
“I am doing the method.”
And if you took a bad trade. Stop. And do what a good trader does – after a bad
trade.

And if you caught a cold. Stop. And do what someone healthy does – when they
notice a sniffle.

And when you are doing the method – notice how you can improve on how you do it.

Powerpoint: You amp up your power when you construct scenes inside your mind –
that imply you have taken good trades, are healthy, are doing the method.

Get a high five after the good trade. Flex your muscle and feel how strong you have
become. Give yourself a pat on the back for doing the method. (Literally, giving
yourself a pat on the back is phrase with ancient origins – that programs us for the
congratulatory moment.

Do you have to do the WHOLE method for it to work?

You can make this so simple. Here is the short version, when used with conviction it
works excellently on yourself or on others.

If you say while taking a break, “I am a bad writer.” (That's the statement we are
going to shift.

“Am I writing now?” (Let's assume you are not writing and you are taking a walk –
having some hypnotic crap inside your mind.)

Revised is: “I was having a crappy day writing before. Now I SEE it very
differently.”

CREATING IDENTITY

Every time you create an identity – out of past behavior – and make it present with
hypnotic “I am” language – you create yourself in that less than ideal image. And
THAT less than ideal image – will probably be WHAT runs and ruins your next
trading session.

There are two types… Situational and Behavior.

SITUATIONAL:

Spiders. When? Identify the condition. Imagine the condition – test. Realize that
more often than not – you have seen a spider – and imagined it coming toward you.
(Relationships.) Stop imagining it coming toward you and notice. Be present with the
spider. Walk away calmly. Can you imagine that? See that most of the time – they are
actually trying to avoid you.

BEHAVIOR:

Bad Trader? Now? Imagine how ELSE you can trade successfully. Excellent trade
congratulations. Excellent trade execution. What kind of trading can you do – first.
Then later. What did you build upon. Success – more success. Simple to
comprehensive.

Now change your language – to reflect that.

“If a spider cames after me, which is pretty rare – I would have done what
normal people do – I run.”

“When I trade, I trade simply and effectively. I am a simple and effective


trader.” “Is this an simple – effective trade?”

Both have eliminated IDENTITY – I am that judges or creates a limited you.


I am a horrible trader. “Are you trading right now?” Then let’s stop imagining terrible
trades.

How to take ONE good experience – and have it PROFOUNDLY IMPACT your
world – so that it outweighs years of bad experiences / decisions…
How we really get programmed to fail – to stay small – to limit our selves – and how
to exit that once and for all.

The SINGLE SOLUTION. “High Five!” (The scene that implies the state of the wish
fulfilled.)

When MUST we use details to reprogram. Imagine DETAILS around making 50


good trades, and you will start making good trades. Especially if you SEE FROM the
end – having made good trades – and reviewing them in an excited
CONGRATULATORY way.

THE POWER OF REVISION

Want to unleash the power of your word – so that it moves mountains? This is
simple, powerful and good. Go prove it to yourself.

This question will give you the keys to the kingdom – of your imagination – through
the power of your word. “What is common to all ANCIENT forms of prayer – and
the most EFFECTIVE forms of personal change today?”

Thanksgiving.
Assumption.
Identity.

When you speak – speak with THANKSGIVING. (If you aren't being thankful –
DON'T speak it.)

When you speak – speak assuming you are creating what you speak. (Because the
stories you tell – create states inside of you and those who are listening to you. Speak
assuming good – speak good.)

When you speak – realize you are feeding an identity. (Is the IDENTITY you are
feeding and creating with your word – one you want to keep alive and grow? If not –
the CHANGE what you speak.)

In closing...
