I, PIL CLEMENSON ANDO, of legal age, Filipino, married and


a resident of Tumaga, Zamboanga City, manager of METROCREDIT
FINANCING CORPORATION, a domestic lending corporation duly
organized and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the
Republic of the Philippines, do hereby name, appoint and constitute
and appoint ISAAC JAMES FLORO, as my true and lawful Attorney-
in-Fact to do in my name, place and stead the following:

 To represent me and to appear in any settlement proceedings


before the Lupon of Barangay San Jose Gusu, Zamboanga City
relative to the civil or criminal case filed by or agaSinst me.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING, all that my Attorney-in-fact


may do under the premises and ratifying all that he may do by
virtue hereof with power to delegate this authority to another, for all
legal intents and purposes as if done by me and could do if I was
present.
