In the first letter, he requested a tax map of Terence Housing in Barangay Sta. Lourdes from the City Assessor. In the second letter, he requested the total number of households and population from the Barangay Sta. Lourdes captain, to aid in his research on a sustainable housing project. Both letters assured confidentiality and that the information would only be used for research purposes.
