name and they leave – your documents MAY be
ignored by a new holder of the office. Sending them to
the holder of the office, means they
must stay with the Office.

Consider this – if you just send the letter to the current

holder of that office, it could be deemed that it is
intended just for them. So I would consider including
an extra identification in the addressee of the recipient
of the letter.
