Corporate Application Inventory Matrix

PURPOSE
The purpose of this document is to develop a project inventory matrix which includes the major projects.
The matrix would further help document the planned application architecture and facilitate the design of the future IT and application landscape.

PLEASE NOTE
* Value Chain Component: Partners (P), Resellers (R), Employees (E), Customers (C)
* Primary Function: e.g. HR, Billing, Field Force Management, Customer Service... etc
* Project Type: Type I (Fix), Type II (Enhancement), Type III (New/Replacement Application)
* Architecture: 1-tier, 2-tier, 3 or n tier, I/O (Inbound/Outbound applications without a client interface)
* Packages: name of off-the-shelf packages and the degree of customization (H,M,L)
* Interface Method(middleware): name any EAI or middleware tool used. Example MQ Series or custom scripts.
* Comments: please use for additional information
