E-ID Password Creation Guide

Step 1: Users must establish a unique password for their EID by going to https://webmail.erac.com and entering their EID username and default password. They will then be prompted to create a new password. Step 2: Users can then sign into the learning center at https://enterpriseholdings.csod.com using their EID username and newly created password. Step 3: From there, users click "Open Curriculum" and then "Launch" to access the training materials. Troubleshooting tips are provided for forgotten passwords or issues signing in.

Step 1: Activate your E-ID by changing the password

To complete the authentication of your EID, users must establish a unique password. Please go to this link to start the
process: [Link]

User name:  Enter your eid@[Link] (Example – E763RK@[Link])


Password:  Enter the default password Enterprise1
Click *Sign in*

Once you’ve entered the Generic Password, you will be prompted to Create a New Password. Do so and then click
*Submit*.                                            
Once your password has been created, you are ready to sign into Distance Learning.

Step 2: Click the Learning Center Link and enter your Username (E-ID) and newly created
password.

Step 3: Click *Open Curriculum* and then *Launch*
Troubleshooting:

Please note that Step 1 should only be used to Create a Password. If you attempt to Sign into Outlook with your Created
Password, you will receive the error message below. If you receive this error, close Outlook and Sign into Distance Learning with
your E-ID and the password you just created.

When signing into Distance Learning, be sure to allow popups from our site. Not doing so will disallow you from viewing the
Training Material.

Provide your Name, E-ID, and mention Distance Learning. For any questions, refer the employee to Billy Harvey (E-ID: E551F6)

State that you need your password reset

Once your password has been reset back to Enterprise1 create a new password using [Link] You will be
able to log into Distance Learning with your newly created password.
