Notes:
1. This chart applies to feeder Cables having the following installation conditions:
a) Cu / Al Cable parameters are taken from Polycab catalogue.
b) Group rating factor F g = 0.66 for Cables laid on cable trays exposed to air, the cable touching and trays are in tiers spaced by 30 cm. The clearance between the wall and the cable is 25 mm.
C) If cables (Up to 70 Sqmm) are liad in two layers (not recommended); derating factor mention in Annexure-2 can be suitably referred.
2. All outgoings shall be from Switch Fuse Units (SFUs)
3. Please refer Cable standard Installation drawing no E12-069.

4. 3.5 Core cable (Al XLPE cable) shall be used for 3 Phase, 4-wire applications , mainly : Lighting panels , Small power panels, Cables between the street/flood lighting distribution board and lighting poles, Welding sockets, EOT crane, UPS Incomer,
Analyser house, HVAC, Heat Tracing, Cathodic Protection, Hydro Jetting, MOV.

Notes:

2. LRC for IE-2 has been considered as 840% of normal full load current, as per tolerance mentioned in IS 12615 : 2004.
3. Please refer Cable standard Installation drawing no E12-069.
4. 90kW and above motors are to be fed from Air Circuit Breaker (ACB) outgoings.
