REFLECTION PAPER:
Participating in various physical activities can help us to develop our holistic self (physical, mental, social, emotional and spiritual). Doing such
physical activities is also good to our health. It helps us reduce the stress we gain from the different stressors in our surroundings. It also enables us to
have a healthy body.
Jogging is the activity of running at a slow, regular speed, especially as a form of exercise. On the other hand, cycling is the sport or activity of
riding a bicycle. With these two recreational activities, I am able to better improve my physical health. It helped me to be healthier, strengthen my
muscles and keep my body in a good shape. It also helped me increase my cardiovascular fitness. Lastly, it jogging and cycling made me improve my
flexibility.
Ten years from now, I can see myself as a stronger and a healthier man than before. As I am able to have more time to do physical activities, it
will help me to not easily get ill. Also, I will be more observant with the things that I do and foods that I take into my body. I will eat more healthier
foods to maintain a good shape.
