1. Your offer will be accepted upon receipt of payment. Your first semester tuition is due by the first payment date
specified on your Letter of Acceptance (LOA). If your fees are not received by the College by the specified due
date, your offer will be withdrawn and we will be unable to hold your seat in the program.
2. You must confirm receipt of your Student (S-1) Visa Approval by uploading a copy of it to your application portal
no later than the date indicated below otherwise we may not be able to hold your seat in the program.

3. Students are required to arrive on campus before the International Student Orientation. These sessions are
typically held on the Thursday prior to the start of class. Please contact
international.admissions@saultcollege.ca to confirm the date of this session.
1) Sault College uses CIBC International Student Pay for all international payments made from accounts outside of
Canada. Please use the CIBC International Student Pay secure online platform at https://pay.cibc.com/sault. You will
receive a quote in your local currency and can choose from the following payment options: Bank wire; Visa and
MasterCard, China UnionPay, or ACH Direct Debit. Once your fees have been processed by our Financial Services
Department, we will upload a copy of your receipt on your application portal.
There are four options for paying your fees from within Canada:
Call the Financial Services Office at (705) 759-2554 ext. 2300 to make a payment with Visa or Mastercard.
On the Sault College Student Portal you can use Visa or Mastered card by going to the Financial Records, then
Online Tuition Payment.
You can transfer from your bank account by setting the college up as a payee/bill payment and using the student
number as the account number.

Sault College Student Portal: Students are required to become familiar with the Sault College Student Portal at
https://my.saultcollege.ca. Your username is your Student ID and your password is welcome and your
postalcode/zip/pin (e.g. welcomep6a5l3 or welcome90210). If you experience difficulty logging in, please contact

Canadian Study Permit: You should apply for a Canadian Study Permit as soon as possible. Study Permit
