2020 DISTRICT VOCAL SOLO COMPETITION

In pursuant to Presidential Proclamation No 683, s. 1991, the Department of


Education Division of Bulacan shall conduct the 17th Division Celebration National Arts
Month scheduled on February 26 - 28, 2019 was moved on March 11, 2020 at SM City
Pulilan Event Center

In relation to this, the 2020 District Vocal Solo Competition will be held on March 4,
2020, Wednesday, 8:00 o’clock in the morning at Lydia D. Villangca Elementary School,
Ulingao, San Rafael, Bulacan.

Guidelines and Criteria of the competition and Work Committee are found in
Enclosure No. 1.

Expenses for transportation, registration fee and other incidental expenses shall be
charged against the local school fund/MOOE, subject to the usual accounting and auditing
rules and regulations.

District Vocal Solo Competition


GUIDELINES

1. The competition is open to all elementary public school pupils.


2. The contestant is required to perform 2 songs.
a.) one patriotic song b.) contestant choice piece
3. The contestant is allowed to use VCD or DVD minus one/multiplex as medium of
accompaniment.
4. There will be five (5) winners. The first placer will be competing at the
EDDIS Level Competition.
5. The firsts prize winner in the previous Search for DepEd Singing Idol are disqualified from
joining the competition.
6. The decision of the board of judges is final.
