Strengths:

i. The Coca-Cola Company is the worlds Largest Beverage Company with about 400 brands

consisting of over 2600 beverage products in the world.

ii. Coca-Cola has a strong brand.

iii. Coca-Cola has Strong production and distribution network.

iv. Coca-Cola has Strong leadership team .

v. Coca-Cola is Top seller of nonalcholic beverages.

Weaknesses:

i. Rise in manufacturing cost

ii. Not all softdrink products/flavours are available in all the operating groups.

iii. Coke’s operatin revenues in percentage terms dropped in Africa division.

iv. Declinig coke sales in india and the philippines

v. The use of health hazard ingredients in the coke products.

Opportunities:

i. Growing bottled water market.

ii. Product innovation keeping in view of growing health consciousness

iii. Entering in snack business and tea business
