undertake, confirm, declare and covenant in following manner:

undertake, confirm, declare and covenant in following manner (hereinafter to be called as “Guarantors”) :
1. That Mr/Ms/Mrs________________________________S/o,D/o,W/o______________________________ holding
CNIC ________________________________________ resident of ___________________________, studying in
_____________________, (the “Student”) has applied for interest free loan facility of Rs. ____________ (the “Loan”)
availed from Ihsan Trust (the “Trust”) by virtue of loan agreement (the “Loan Agreement”)for study purpose.
2. We the Guarantors, irrevocably and unconditionally, jointly and severally, guarantee the punctual repayment of
entire Loan availed by the Student from Trust.
3. That the Guarantors undertake that if for any reason whatsoever the Student fails to pay any installment of Loan
due under the Loan Agreement availed from Trust on their respective due dates, Guarantor shall immediately, on
demand by the Trust unconditionally pay such payment to Trust.
4. That this personal guarantee (the “Guarantee”) shall continue in effect until settlement of entire Loan availed by the
student from Trust.
5. That Trust may in its discretion enforce this Guarantee upon default of the Loan by Student, by first making a
demand by trust, without taking proceedings against the Student’s availed Loan.
6. All immovable and movable assets of the Guarantors and any addition thereto from time to time shall be subject to
this Guarantee and in case of failure by the Student to discharge its obligations under any disbursement of fund
and/or other agreements to the entire satisfaction of the Trust, the Trust shall have the right to dispose off, either
through public auction or private sale, my/our assets. The sale proceeds of such assets shall be utilized for
appropriation of outstanding amounts payable by the Student in respect of Loan.
7. No payment to the Trust under this Guarantee or pursuant to any judgment and/or order of any court or otherwise
shall operate to discharge our obligations unless and until payment in full shall have been received by the Trust to its
entire satisfaction and the Trust has pursuant to such payment duly discharged the Student of its entire obligations to
it.
8. Guarantors hereby represent and warrant to the Trust, on a continuing basis, that:
a) The execution of this Guarantee constitutes valid and legally binding obligations enforceable against
Guarantors in accordance with the terms hereof; and
b) the execution and giving of this Guarantee shall not:
i) contravene any existing law, regulation or authorization to which we are subject; or
Ii) result in any breach of or default under any agreement or other instrument to which we are
and/or may, jointly or severally, be a party.

9. Guarantors obligations under this Guarantee shall be joint and several, notwithstanding anything to the contrary,
which may be construed from this Guarantee.
10. Guarantors hereby undertake to indemnify the Trust against all losses, expenses (including legal costs on a full
indemnity basis), charges and damages incurred and/or suffered by the Trust attributable by any factor by the
Student to perform any of its obligations to the Trust.
11. The failure of any one or more of us to execute this Guarantee shall not impair the joint and several liability and
obligations of the rest of Guarantors.
12. The provisions of this Guarantee shall be severable and distinct from one another and if at any time any one or
more of such provisions is and/or becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable the validity, legality and enforceability
of the remaining provisions hereof shall not in any way be affected or impaired to the detriment of the Trust.
13. This Guarantee shall be binding on our successors in interest.
14. Every notice under this Guarantee shall be in writing delivered personally or by post/courier/email to Guarantor
at the respective addresses as set out herein below:
15. Moreover this Guarantee is governed by, and shall be construed in accordance with, the laws of Pakistan provided
that such laws do not contradict the Islamic Shariah.
16. That this Guarantee is without prejudice to any and/or all rights and remedies, available to the Trust against
Guarantors inter alia under all Loan Agreement, under Loan and/or under the prevailing laws.
