    titled, The Influence of Consumer Behavior through Different Factors of Food Advertisements

    on Junior High School Students of PAREF Southcrest School, Inc., conducted by researchers

    Elise Marie R. Haosen and Jan Audrey Megan B. Torrefiel, who have discussed the research

    project with me. The purpose of the study is to find the influence and effects of different food

    advertisements to consumer behavior. The videos were chosen with different factors: empathy of

    the people, celebrity, and song/music.

    I have received, read, understood, and kept a copy of the information letter. I have had the

    opportunity to ask questions regarding this research project. I am aware that this research will be

    conducted in PAREF Southcrest to answer a given set of structured questionnaires. I consent to

    participate in this research project and the following has been explained to me:

    ● The research may not be of direct benefit to me.

    ● My participation is completely voluntary.


    ● My right to withdraw from the study at any time without any implications to me.
    ● The risks including any possible inconvenience from the participation in this research
    project.
