Health because it’s all done through text message. We’re even going to be introducing the option for riders to receive a call with trip details to their mobile phone. However, the first ever ride
must be through UberHealth.
Doctors can also keep record of patients through UberHealth data base.
How will UberHealth work?
Uber wants to make it easier for people to get doctors appointments through Uber Health. For
first time patient has to make appointment through Uber app so that Uber has the patient data.
After that, that patient does not have to be dependent on app or internet. Passengers don't need
Uber app in order to use the service because Uber Health sends riders notifications about their
car via text message and Uber will also be partnering with private hospitals to make this
initiative successful.
Positioning Statement: For regular patients, UberHealth is the only brand among all online health facility providers that offers appointments, followup updates and transportation facility due to its collaboration with private hospitals and user friendly app.
