7 Observations :
1) At 04.00 PM. fire was observed at Scrap Yard by Office boy Mr.Pawankumar
2) Proper care was taken for not to spread fire in surrounding area.
3) He informed to Incident Controller Mr. Amol Raut by mobile phone.
4) Incident Controller Mr. Amol Raut immediately informed Site Main controller Mrs. Anita Satoskar about the fire.
5) Incident controller rushed to the site immediately & assessed the situation.
Site Main Controller mobilized Emergency Respond team & asked them to reach the site & initiate action against

Emergency.
Incident Controller Mr. Amol Raut reported back to Site Main Controller Mrs. Anita Satoskar about the situation &

requested him to Declare local emergency.
8) Site Main Controller Mrs. Anita Satoskar informed Security Supervisor Mr. Rohit Yadav to sound emergency siren.
9) Emergency siren was sounded at 4:05 PM.
10) All employees stopped their work & started running towards assembly point.
11) It was observed that employees got assembled within 2-3 minutes near assembly points.
12) No fall hazard noticed during immediate vacating the workplaces.
13) Fire Fighting Team reached at incident Spot, they observed that fire was Class A type & then started
Firefighting.
14) First aider team reached the location within 1 minute but there was no injury reported
15) Firefighting completed at 04:32 PM.
16) Head count was carried out by Security Staff:26 Security: 1
17) Site Main Controller briefed about that this was the mock drill carried out to assess our preparedness
Towards emergency situation.
18) She told that at the time of Emergency not to get panic and Proper communication shall be done.
19) She told that during fire Emergency be have to first identified class of fire & their appropriate extinguishing media.
20) "ALL CLEAR" declared by site main controller & all employees went back to their respective workplaces.
