of Osmeña Street, Magugpo Poblacion, Tagum City, Davao del Norte, Philippines, hereinafter referred to as the VENDOR, and

of Purok Papaya, Mankilam,Tagum City, Davao del Norte, Philippines, hereinafter referred to as the VENDEE,
WITNESSETH:
That the Vendor is the registered owner of a parcel of land particularly
described as follows:

being a portion of Lot ____________, PSD-______________), situated in the Barangay of Mankilam, City of Tagum, Province of Davao del Norte, Island of Mindanao, containing an area of FOUR HUNDRED FIFTY (450) SQUARE METERS, more or less”
That for and in consideration of the sum of ONE HUNDRED
TWENTY-FIVE THOUSAND (P 125,000.00) PESOS, Philippine Currency, which the Vendor has received from the Vendee, to their mutual and complete satisfaction, the Vendor does hereby SELLS, CEDES, TRANSFERS, CONVEYS, and DELIVERS, the above-described parcel of land unto the Vendee, her heirs, assigns and successors-in-interest, free from all liens and encumbrances.
