To access calibration file information for reprogramming a vehicle's ECU, one must have a TIS Professional Level Subscription, Techstream v4.21.002 or later software, and follow the 9 step process of: 1) logging into the TIS website, 2) selecting the Diagnostics tab, 3) selecting the Calibrations tab, 4) searching for calibrations using vehicle info, 5) selecting the appropriate service bulletin, 6) downloading the new calibration file, and 7) using the Calibration Update Wizard to reprogram the ECU.

The following is required to access Calibration File Information:

TIS Professional Level Subscription


Techstream Software v4.21.002 or later (includes Calibration Update Wizard v8.8)
1. Log in to https://techinfo.toyota.com with your 6. When the calibration search results are displayed,
username and password select the appropriate Service Bulletin based on the
vehicle’s condition and current ECU calibrations

2. Select the TIS tab from the home page NOTE: Be sure to follow all steps indicated in the Service
Bulletin for ECU reprogramming instructions to avoid
damage to the vehicle

7. Select the New Calibration ID located within the


Service Bulletin
3. Select the Diagnostics tab

8. Select Open for the file download


4. Select the Calibrations tab

9. The Calibration Update Wizard will now open.


5. Use the vehicle information available to search Please follow the on screen instructions provided.
