BRIST was founded in 2015 through the acquisition of VOITH Turbo


shares – first 49% in 2014 and the remaining 51% in 2015
VOITH Turbo Origins of BRIST

49% of the company stakes were sold to


VOITH Turbo Drive Mr. Remzi Oduncu and Mr. Ahmet
Systems B.V. was Hacıyunus through MBO, and the
constituted in Twello company name was changed to VOITH
(Netherlands) Turbo BRIST Axle Systems S.R.L.
