Commercials/Costing For Bulk Messaging Platform

1. Setup & Implementation

The above fee is including all the initial setup, implementation & coordination charges in setting
up the platform. The approximate number of days for the initial setup will be 30 working days
from the advance/PO date.

2. Monthly Transaction Cost

The above transactional fee is applicable from the very first message/SMS and shall be applicable

3. Additional Training Cost

The above training charges is applicable only if there is a requirement and the client has the
freedom to choose the support/training packages accordingly. The above charges does not
include the travel expenses and the same shall be charged at actuals. We could also provide an
on- site Engineer if required.

The above costing/commercials are applicable only for any new requirements coming up or else
for development or customisation of the existing feature list available in the platform.

5. Terms & Conditions

a) All commercials quoted above are in Indian Currency only.


b) The setup & implementation fee has to be paid in advance along with the purchase order
and the transactional fee to be paid based on the agreed Go-Live dates.
c) All the payments has to be made in advance
d) There shall be a minimum contract duration of 12 months from the Go-Live date.
e) Any kind of travel & accommodation required shall be borne by the company at actual.
