KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
That I, JOMAR SOBELINO RANOCO, of legal age, Filipino with resident address at Blk 36 Lot 41 Plainview St. Ph2 Tierra Monte Subd. Brgy. Silangan San Mateo Rizal, by virtue of these presents do hereby name, constitute and appoint MARISSA SOBELINO RANOCO of legal age, Filipino, and with resident address at Blk 28 Lot 10 Tierra Monte Subd. Ph 2 Brgy. Silangan San Mateo Rizal, to be my true and lawful Attorney- in-fact for me and my name, place and perform and execute all or any of the following special powers, to wit;
1.) To sign, follow-up, and execute any, verification, certification,file petition, application, get order/decision and other documents whatever in connection whereto for LTO, LTFRB and other government andprivate agency;
2.) To represent, testify answer and compromise any hearing or investigation conducted by LTO and Land Transforttion and Franchising Regulatory Board(LTFRB) any government or provide agency;
3.) To do all acts and whatever necessary andrelated to the said transaction;
HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said Attorney-in-fact full power and authority whatever requisite or necessary or proper to bedonr in and about the premises as fully to all intents or purposes as I might or could lawfully doif personally present, with full power or substitution or revocation and hereby ratifying or confirming all that the said attorney-in-fact or his substitute shall lawfully do or cause to be done under and by virtue of these presents.
