(a) Diesel Drivlen Engine:- Multi cylinder, vertical, 4
stroke cycle, water cooled diesel engine suitable to
develop matching BHP at 1500 RPM as per latest
ISS/BSS, capable to take 10% over load for 1 hr every
12 hrs of operation and will be suitable for tropical
condition, complete with and including following
accessories
i) Heavy fly wheel and fly wheel housing complete with
starting gear ring and to suit flexible coupling duly
covered with mud guard.
ii) Air Cleaner
iii) Fuel Injector pump
iv) Fuel filter
v) Governor
vi) Complete set of batteries with lead & lugs as
recommended by manufacturer.
vii) Lubricant oil cooler

c) Foundation complete as per manufacturer’s design
including anti vibration pads, necessary excavation & earth
work lin soft/loose soil, lsland cushioning, grouting
foundation etc.
d) Manufacturer’s maintenance and operation/manual of
Gen Set-02 Set to be supplied.
e) Control panel consist of the following:-
i) Volt meter square type (0-500 volts) with selector switch-
01 Set
ii) Ampere meter square type (0-600 Amps) with CT’s &
selector switch-01 Set
iii) Frequency meter square type -01 No
iv) Indicating lamp with toggle switche s- 01 Set of three
v) MCCB (capacity as per manufacturer’s design)- 01 No

f) Lubricating oil shall be provided by the contractor, cost of
which deemed to be included in the unit rate of DG Set for
testing of Gen set.

8 DG-1 AT SPS-A AND SPS-F Each Job 2 Rate/amount to be

on main failure (AMF) panel complete all as per IS-13364,
CPCB- II Approved specifications complete with foundation,
battery with leads control panel with necessary meters and
acoustic enclosure for sound proof canopy of capacity 25
KVA complete all as specified.

condition of DG set incl wiring with appropriate size copper
conductor cable from DG to AMF panel

d) Foundation complete as per manufacturer’s

design/recommendation including anti vibration pads,
necessary excavation & earth work in soft/loose soil, lsland
cushioning, grouting foundation etc.
e) Manufacturer’s maintenance and operation/manual of
Gen Set-02 Set to be supplied.
