I sued the school system

Prince Ea

Change is inevitable. This applies in the images shown by Prince. A phone and a car are the images
he showed. He differentiate the modern phone and modern car to the same things 150 years ago,
and we can see the big difference However, when he showed a classroom setting from 150 years
ago and a modern classroom there was no change. Why is that? This is because the system is
forcing students what they don’t want to be this applies in the statement he said “If you judge a fish
by its ability to climb a tree, it would spend it’s entire life thinking that it is stupid.” It is stupid
because it useless. We cannot force a thing and individual like for everyone because we have
different likes, different perspective and different decision and choices in life that is why we have
different dreams.

Education needs innovation as well to be prepared in the future but then Prince Ea pointed out that
the educational system failed to cope up or adapt through time. It still requires students to be “nice
and neat”. He also pointed out that the school system is not ready for the future because it is still in
the past.

Prince Ea stated that what we need are “people who think creatively, innovatively, critically,
independently with the ability to connect” for the school system is accused by Prince of “killing
creativity, individuality and being intellectually abusive”. Educational system forces a student on
something he or she is not passionate of which crushes the student’s dream.

Teacher should have the same wages as of doctor and lawyers. Doctors heal the people. Lawyers
protect the people in way. A teacher makes people who likes to be a doctor and a lawyer. The
number of doctor ad lawyers will increase if the educational system would allow it.

The educational system needs to understand that school is not a factory that makes metal yield
people instead nurture mind and courage to fight for their dreams.
