Name of Activity: MATH AND SCIENCE FAIR


Date: September 21, 2018
Venue: San Fernando National High School

Objectives:
a. To encourage the students to be systematic in handlung life situations.
b. To involve the students in recycling wastes products in a form of modeling called” HAUTE TRASH 2018”

c. To embrace the students interest in Mathematics through making math jingle


d. To engage the students in mathematical/logical thinking through Math Quiz and creating Modulo Art

Activities Undertaken:

MORNING

■ Science Exhibit at Mrs.Mernado’s Room (Grade 12 GAS)


■ Simultaneous Activities will happen while having the Science and Math Exhibit such as egg hunting and Math Quiz
participated by all students with the help of the teachers concerned.

Mechanics for Egg Hunting:

1. Egg wiith different colors are secretly distributed within the school grounds. The students
will find one of these eggs and will read and answer the question on the stage.
2. For each question answered, thw students will be given a prize.

b. Do not panic when calamities arrived.
c.Listen to the facilatator during the activities.
