• Access the Web Administration Console using either IE or


Firefox
– Type the URL
https://192.168.2.190/admin/
– Login with the default credentials
User: superuser
Password: wonderdream
Pre-requisite

LAN •IP Address from your LAN pool


•Netmask as given to your systems on LAN
WAN •IP Address from your WAN pool.
•Netmask of your WAN network.
•Gateway as given by your service provider

Exercise

• Setup a GajShield UPTM with the following settings


– Change Administrator password to ‘Im2good2btrue’
– Preserve log files for 15 days
– My Web Management should log me out, if I my session
is idle for more than 15 minutes. Make the necessary
modifications.
– My country of installation is Malaysia – Kaula Lumpur.
– Current time in Malaysia is ’15:45’
Exercise

• Setup a GajShield UPTM with


the following settings
203.124.135.42
203.124.54.41
– Configure the device as shown in
the figure 203.124.54.42/ 203.124.135.50/
– Configure the DNS to 255.255.255.0 255.255.255.0
203.197.32.133
– Configure the Gateway to
203.124.135.42
– Setup the following policies
• Browsing with virus scanning
and URL filtering
LAN IP : 192.168.2.192/255.255.255.0
• Outbound mail with virus
scanning
• Allow outbound ssh sessions
• Allow outbound ping
