S/n Detail Description Fee


1. 3Concession A percentage of the project’s cost
Project Pre- charged for all the Commission’s
commissioning regulatory roles for Brownfield
fee projects that will involve design,
procurement, construction, 0.001%
rehabilitation, re-modeling,
upgrading and subsequent
commissioning. This sum will be paid
by the concessionaire.

2. 4 1 to 3years - 0.25% of revenue


Concession A percentage of the project’s revenue 4 to 6 years - 0.5 – 0.75% of
Project to be paid by the concessionaire and revenue
Operations & charged for all the Commission’s 7 to 9 years - 0.75 – 0.95% of
Maintenance regulatory roles for projects that will revenue

over the life of the concession. 10th year - 1% of revenue

12th year - 3% of revenue

3. 5Concession A percentage of the project’s cost


Project Close- charged for all the Commission’s 0.002%
out Fee regulatory roles during the concession
close-out phase. The project cost will
be paid by the concessionaire.
