Conduct supplier pre-audit to verify capability in quality and quantity.


Conduct supplier audits to ensure that the supplier meet the quality requirements and work with suppliers to
close out audit findings.
Educate the suppliers to read drawings, understand the standards, recognize the quality requirements and
support them to identify the sub suppliers in order to develop the components.
Involve in the project launch meeting, for supplier selection based on the projects criticality and feasibility
of the supplier production process.
Conduct first article inspection to ensure supplier meet the requirement during, new product development,
alternate supplier development, and engineering change.
Conduct PPAP audits at required PPAP level on time for flawless launch of the commodities and to ensure
all the required process control and quality control has been adopted by the supplier.
Travel to supplier locations to develop process control, validate the process and to solve quality problems
jointly with suppliers.
Communicate the Non Conformance Report raised from inward inspection to supplier, initiate and follow
up Supplier Corrective Action Report with supplier to ensure complete and effective root cause analysis
and corrective action implementation.
Monitor supplier performance monthly by providing Quality & delivery rating to thrive the supplier for
quality and on time delivery of components
Perform periodic process audits of supplier quality systems for the purpose of assuring continued supplier
conformance to the quality system requirements.

Clamps, and Formed Pipes, Coating - Powder Coating, Plating and CED Coating.
