AFFIDAVIT OF DESISTANCE I, FAYE JENNIFER PEREZ, of legal age, single, Filipino, and a resident of 86 Honeymoon Road, Baguio City, Philippines, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law, hereby depose and state: 1. That I am the private complainant for collection of sum of money against DHAZZLE DAWN SILOY pending before the Regional Trial Court of Baguio, Branch 1 docketed as Civil Case No. 133186- 89; 2. That I am condoning the debtor DHAZZLE DAWN SILOY of her liability to pay sixty five million pesos (Php 65, 000, 000.00) representing the principal amount together with interest thereon as reflected in the loan agreement. A copy of the loan agreement is attached herewith and marked as Annex A; 3. That the debtor is discharged of her obligation and the loan agreement is no longer enforceable against her by virtue of condonation effective on March 29, 2019. 4. In view of the foregoing, I finally manifest that I now completely and absolutely exonerate the respondent DHAZZLE DAWN SILOY from any liability in connection with the civil case for collection of sum of money, and that I am no longer interested, and I hereby desist in proceeding with the case; 5. That I execute this Affidavit of Desistance so that civil case for collection of sum of money be immediately dismissed and considered finally closed.
