EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:-
Q1: WHAT YOU WANTED?
Ans: We wanted to produce creative stationary items (pencils, erasers
and sharpeners) that will attract customers from our target market
along with generating profit.
Q2: WHAT AND HOW YOU DONE IT?
Ans: We started our project by planning our goals and strategies, then
deciding the processes and steps to reach our goals. Later, we divided
our tasks and helped each other in the fulfillment of project.
Q3: WHAT ARE RESULTS?
Ans: We have been successful in value creation and turning our
potential buyers into actual buyers.
Q4: WHAT WERE THE SCOPE AND LIMITATION OF PROJECT?
Ans: To create value for customers and capturing value in return along
with generating a minimum profit.
INTRODUCTION:-
BUSINESS FIELD:
It is a growing business field because stationery items are widely
produced and purchased. Thus, if we are able to attract more
customers and meet both demand and wants we will be able to capture
the maximum market share successfully.
BENEFITS AND CHALLENGES Of THE BUSINESS FIELD:
We are producing the product through our own resources and through
own skills. Therefore, we don’t need to hire the human resource or go
through a complicated supply chain that results in the increase of cost
of production. Through online business we can easily attract our
customers, no matter where they are. Online business does not need to
go out to shop, customers can save their time and energy just by
visiting our page.
MARKET NEED:
Market need for our product is good quality of stationery items that is
smooth, dark and longer duration of pencils. Soft and clean erasers,
simple and sharp pencil sharpeners.
MARKET WANT:
Market want for our product is good quality stationery along with
creative, different and unique styles that will deliver greater value to
customers.
VISION:
Our vision is to create attractive and unique stationery items to attract
the customers and develop their interest for unique and creative
designs.
MISSION:
Our mission is to grow our business and capture a greater market share
along with providing more creative, unique and attractive varieties in
our product range as well as making our business expand to brand
level.
GOALS AND OBJECTIVES:
Our goal is to increase the quality designs and variety of our products in
order to achieve the maximum customer trust. We are also aiming to
achieve the goal of capturing the maximum market share that means
we want to increase the sales as much as possible.
We are also putting efforts to achieve our aim of expanding our range
and launching more creative designs of stationery items. We are
currently promoting our product through the means of social media by
creating a facebook page and through buzz marketing (word of mouth),
therefore our aim is to increase our promotional channels.

STRENGTH:
Emoji stationery attracts kids, they always want something unique
and colourful so it’s one of our biggest strength that we are
providing emoji stationery with different colors. Our design is
different then regular stationery’s (pencil, eraser and sharpener)
design due to which customers are ready to pay reasonable prices.
We have different offers or deals according to customers demand.
WEAKNESS:
We are doing online business so our product initially takes time to
set the place in customer’s mind because they couldn’t see our
product physically before buying. We have limited designs due to
which may be some customers do not prefer our product. Our
product is handmade, many customers thinks that they can also
make those stationery items by their own self so they do not buy it.
OPPORTUNITY:
We have the opportunity of hiring people in our business for more
efficient and effective production. Also, they can be helpful in more
wide distribution of our products and making it accessible and
convenient for our customers to purchase our products and connect

Many parents prefer simple (without design) stationery items
because they think that it’s a waste of money so they don’t buy
creative design stationery items. If stationery items prices increases
so we should also increase our prices due to which we may lost some
of our customers.
