12. A and B are two points on the x-axis and y-axis respectively. If P(2, –3) is the mid-point of AB. 4
Find:
(i) coordinates of A and B.
(ii) slope of line AB.
(iii) equation of line AB.

13. Find the value of ‘a’ for which the points A(a, 3), B(2, 1), C(5, a) are collinear. Hence find the 4
equation of the line.

14. Find the equation of the line passing through the point (0, –2) and the point of intersection of the 4
lines 4x + 3y = 1 and 3x – y + 9 = 0.
