AFFIDAVIT OF FULL COMPLIANCE

I, GERARD NELSON C. MANALO, Filipino, of legal age, single, with


residential address at Unit 404, Tulip Building, Magnolia Place, Tandang
Sora, Barangay Talipapa, Quezon City, after having been sworn to according
to law, hereby depose and state, THAT:

1. I have been admitted to the Bar last 6 June 2018;

2. I have registered myself to be a member of IBP Cagayan Chapter;

3. However, I have been working and practicing the legal profession in


Quezon City and Malolos City, Bulacan since 2018.

4. As such, I have decided to comply with the directive of the Supreme


Court and selected IBP Bulacan Marcelo H. Del Pilar Chapter as my
host chapter in accordance with the Supreme Court Administrative
Matter No. 17-03-09-SC otherwise known as the “Rule on Community
Legal Aid Service” and its Implementing Rules and Regulations
promulgated by the Integrated Bar of the Philippines Board of
Governors;

5. Pursuant to Supreme Court Administrative Matter No. 17-03-09-SC, I


am required to render at least One Hundred Twenty (120) hours of free
legal aid services to qualified indigents and/or litigants;

6. As such, I have fully complied and completed the minimum 120-hour


Community Legal Aid Services (CLAS) through legal representation
of cases, drafting of pleadings to indigent litigants and giving legal
advisory to qualified IBP legal aid clients;

7. Attached as ANNEX “A and A-1” and made an integral part hereof is


the official Time Sheet duly signed by the IBP Legal Aid Director;

8. Also, Attached as ANNEX “B” and made an integral part hereof, is the
original copy of the Certificate of Completion issued by my host
chapter IBP Bulacan Marcelo H. Del Pilar Chapter to show proof that I
have complied with the directives of the Supreme Court under its
direction supervision;
9. I am executing this Affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing and
for whatever legal purpose this may serve.
