Which I make this Twenty Nine day of October Two Thousand and Eighteen

1. I HEREBY REVOKE all former wills and testamentary dispositions-----------------------

heretofore made by me and DECLARE this to be my--------------------------------------------

2. I APPOINT my husband Edward George Johnson of 22 Richman Road Ripon-------------

3. I GIVE DEVISE AND BEQUEATH all my estate and effects whatsoever and -------------
